What we find
What’s usually wrong
Six problems account for most of the Dubai sites we’re asked to rank and can’t.
- The blank shell
- The page loads empty and fills itself with JavaScript. A crawler sees nothing at all. This is the single most common reason a site cannot rank, and it is invisible to the owner.
- One page, six services
- Everything on a single page, competing with itself for every term. Six pages would rank; one page ranks for nothing.
- Headings that aren’t headings
- Text styled to look like a heading with no structure behind it, so nothing signals what the page is about.
- Four-megabyte images
- Usually the hero, usually with no dimensions set, so the page also jumps around while it loads.
- No schema at all
- Nothing tells a search engine or an answer engine what the business is, where it is, or what it sells.
- A rebuild with no redirect map
- The most expensive one. Every ranking the old site had dies with its URLs, and it is very hard to undo.

Review and structure
Where you rank now, what’s broken, and the URL map. One page per thing people search for. Agreed with you before anything is designed, because changing it later is expensive.
Weeks 2–3
Design
Reviewed in stages. You see real pages with real content, not a flattened mockup that hides how it behaves on a phone.
Weeks 3–5
Build
Pages built as they’re approved. Schema, redirects and performance are part of the build, not a pass at the end.
Launch week
Go live
Redirects in place, sitemap submitted, Search Console verified, performance checked on real devices rather than a laptop. Then a handover call.
A small site runs three to five weeks. A large one or one waiting on content runs longer, and you’ll know which before you commit.

We quote after the review, not before, because a number given before anyone has looked at your site is a guess. These are the things that move it.

- How competitive your terms are — that decides how much structure the site needs, not just how it looks

Most clients take the build and one of the two. A site that ranks needs both building and maintaining.

Frequently asked questions
Do I own the site?
Yes: code, domain and hosting account are in your name. If you leave, everything goes with you.
Can I edit it myself?
Yes. Content is editable without touching code.
What if my current site is fine?
Then we say so and leave it alone. We’d rather optimise a sound site than sell you a rebuild you don’t need.
How long does it take?
Depends on the number of pages. A small site is weeks, not months, and you get a date before we start.
Do you use WordPress?
No. We build on Next.js, which renders on the server and loads faster. If you need to edit content yourself you still can, without a plugin stack that breaks every update.
What happens to my existing rankings?
We map every old URL to its new one before launch, so the rankings move with the site. This is the step most rebuilds skip and it’s the one that causes the damage.
Can you work with my existing brand or designer?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines we build to them. If your designer wants to hand over designs, that works too.
Do you host it?
It’s deployed to Vercel under your own account, so you own it and can take it elsewhere. We don’t resell hosting.
