Web design that gets found
A site that looks right and never appears in search is an expensive brochure. We design for both.
Message on WhatsAppBeautiful, and invisible
Dubai has no shortage of good-looking websites. Most of them were designed in a tool that exports something a search engine can barely read, signed off on a desktop mockup, and launched without anyone asking how it would be found.
The design was never the problem. What sits underneath it was. We design the same way any studio does — and then build it so it can rank, because those are the same job done once rather than two jobs done badly.

The work
Designed, not assembled
- A layout built for your content, not a template with your logo dropped in
- Type and colour chosen for legibility first — most Dubai sites fail on contrast before they fail on taste
- Designed at phone width first, because that’s where most of your traffic is
- Real content in the design, never lorem ipsum — copy decides layout
- Every state designed: empty, loading, error, long names, short names
- Reviewed in stages as real pages in a browser, not as flat images
What we find
What usually breaks
- Designed on a desktop, used on a phone
- The layout that looked generous at 1440 is unreadable at 390.
- Exported from a design tool
- The page works but loads four times slower than it should, and nothing can read it.
- Text on images
- Invisible to search, unreadable at small sizes, impossible to edit later.
- A carousel
- Nobody scrolls past the first slide of it.
- No contrast
- Light grey on white looks refined on a good monitor in a dark room and vanishes outdoors in Dubai.
- Beautiful and unfindable
- The whole reason this page exists.

Fit
Who this is for
A good fit
- Businesses whose current site is dated and also invisible
- Anyone who’s had a site designed that they can’t update
- Businesses where looking credible matters as much as ranking
Not a fit
- Anyone who wants a design handed over for someone else to build
- Projects where the design is already finished and just needs coding
- Anyone who wants it live next week
Timeline
What the weeks look like
Week 1
Structure
What the site needs to say, and the page it says it on. Agreed before a single screen is designed, because moving a page later means redrawing everything around it.
Weeks 2–3
Design
Phone width first, then desktop. Shown as working pages in a browser with your own words in them, so you judge how it reads rather than how it looks in a presentation.
Weeks 3–5
Build
Each approved page built as designed — images compressed, type loaded properly, nothing that shifts while it loads.
Launch week
Go live
Checked on a real phone in daylight, not only on a desk. Redirects in place, sitemap submitted, then a handover call and the keys.
Pricing
What moves the price
- How many page designs there are — a five-page site and a forty-page site are different jobs
- Whether the content exists, because copy decides layout and writing it is the slow part
- Whether there’s an old site to carry over, and how many URLs it has
- How much of the visual language already exists — brand guidelines shorten this, a blank page lengthens it
- Whether you want ongoing SEO afterwards or just the design and build
We quote after the review, not before. The review is free and yours to keep.
Also
Design is half of it
If you already know the problem is technical rather than visual, start at website development instead — same service, told to the reader who leads with architecture.
An agency with listings that change every week has problems a brochure site never meets, from filter pages to sold units, so real estate website design in Dubai has its own page.
Frequently asked questions
Do I get to see it before it’s built?
Yes, in stages, as working pages in a browser rather than flat images. You see how it behaves on a phone at the point where changing it is still cheap.
Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. Content is editable without touching code or installing a plugin stack that breaks on update.
Do you work from my brand guidelines?
If you have them, we design to them. If you don’t, we’ll set type, colour and spacing as part of the work rather than sending you away to get a brand made first.
What if I already have a designer?
Then you may want the build page instead. We don’t take finished designs and code them — the reason this works is that the person designing it knows what has to be true for it to rank.
How is this different from your website development page?
Same service, different starting point. This page is for you if the current site looks dated and you care how the new one reads. The website development page is for you if you already know the site is technically broken and want to start with architecture. Either way you get one team designing and building, and the finished site is the same standard.
Do you design in Figma?
For layout exploration, yes. But the design is signed off in a browser, because a Figma frame cannot show you how a page behaves while it loads or how it reflows on a phone.
